She served in her local community in various capacities; including as a Burlington County, County Commissioner and an elected member of the Burlington City School Board, where she advocated for the education and future of the children and families of Burlington City, NJ. Retiring to the Vineyard in 2016, with a heart to serve; she is a member of several Island organizations and comes to The Hebrew Center with a passion for event planning and is known to find delight in the details.
